Does the pilot require IT involvement?
Typically no. ZUUZ connects via OAuth for email and standard API for CRM — both can be completed by a RevOps or Sales Ops lead without IT involvement in most cases.
What happens if the pilot doesn't deliver value?
There is no obligation after the pilot. If ZUUZ does not surface meaningful signals from your pipeline in two weeks, we will tell you honestly and there is no pressure to proceed to a full contract.
